Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme.
About sample service
We provide complete sampling service for you to confirm custom styles before mass production.
1.Order Channels & Payment Methods:You can contact us for sampling via inbox, WhatsApp or email. Multiple flexible payment options are available: T/T, PayPal and credit card.
2.Sample Fee, Refund & Extra Services: Sample cost is three times the bulk price (negotiable for special styles). The full sample fee will be refunded once you place mass orders. Extra charges apply for custom fabrics and special treatments.
3.Lead Time: 3–7 days for design confirmation, 3–15 days for sample production.
4.Shipping: Worldwide delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and other couriers.
Do you have QC system?
Yes, we have a QC team for the goods inspection for every order. Every QC follows the same inspection SOP and use checkinglist to do the inspection.
How's your QC working?
We conduct random sampling and judge according to the inspection standard of AQL2.5. For some special orders and products, we also carry out in-production inspection.
How do you protect my desigh and patent?
We can sign NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to guarantee that your design or patent won't be disclosed to other client or factory.
How many payment terms do you support with your clients?
We accept payment terms: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/D, D/A, O/A, etc.
